SEAHAWKS GAME

Carson's BIG gift from Santa was four tickets to the final Seahawk game -- a dream come true for him.  Actually, Kristin was able to snag these wonderful seats from a friend.  Casey, Ray, Carson and the biggest fan, Auntie Kat, all attended on Dec. 28th.  It was a thrill of a life time for this little guy.  Auntie Kat made sure he was all decked out with a Seahawk's shirt and hat for Christmas.

They had excellent seats!

Keeping warm with Auntie Kat's hand warmers!

Final score -- 20 - 6.  Go HAWKS!

Christmas Morn

I believe these little dolls that Kristin gets for Ruby are from Germany.  This little one was in her stocking and Ruby was delighted.

As you can tell, she didn't get her two front teeth for Christmas!

I loved that the kids seemed just as interested in what the other one was receiving as what they received.

When the twins were little, Nanny Rach used to draw maps for them and teach there where various states were located and the shapes.  This big book was from her and had wonderful maps of the world, with interesting kid-facts for each country.

A fun book that Ruby got was called 100 Questions. Auntie Kat enjoyed looking at that book with Miss Ruby.

As you can see, Carson's front tooth is still hanging in there.  But it came out the next day!

After gifts and breakfast, Casey was taking a nap.  He was completely out and probably had no idea we took this photo!

Christmas Eve At The Other Grandparent's House

Right after enjoying a fabulous meal prepared by Grandma Carrie, Grandpa Ray has a hunt all ready for the twins before opening other gifts.  This year they are ready to read the clues for themselves -- with a little help from their friends.  Here they are starting off with the first clue that Ruby is reading and Carson is figuring out where it is leading them!
LET THE HUNT BEGIN!

First stop -- the big soaky bathtub in Grandma's bathroom.

Next stop -- the guest bedroom!

Carson was paying close attention to where they might find the prize!

The prize was a game for the two of them that was hidden behind the couch in the living room.  They got so into this balancing game, they forgot we had more gifts to unwrap!
Ruby is really into "fixing" hair.  Here she is trying to give Nanny Rach an up-do!  I love how Ruby and her Momma have on matching Christmas outfits!

I was most pleased with my gift to everyone.  I worked for hours and hours on making a 2015 calendar with photos of the kids and family throughout the calendar.  I was very happy with the end results, and so was everyone else!

Ruby's song for the day was
"All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth!"

Trying to get photos of the kids these days can be difficult.  Ruby kept giving this crazy
platypus- looking smile!  Maybe it's the lack of teeth?????

Carson's first gift he opened was, what else?????  -- Another Lego set.  He went right to work and made this toucan bird from the new set.  (You might be able to see that Carson still has one, very loose upper tooth that is hanging on for dear life).  It did come out a few days later.
